After you complete checkout, you'll receive an order confirmation with a short creative brief form. Fill out your business name, industry, any specific content needs, and (for Standard) upload your logo. Our design team picks it up and delivers your files within 3–5 business days.
Files are delivered in formats optimized for LED sign systems — typically PNG (for stills, text overlays, and design elements with transparent backgrounds) and GIF or MP4 (for animations). If your sign system requires a specific format, just let us know in the brief and we'll accommodate it.
After we deliver your initial files, you can request up to 2 rounds of changes at no extra cost. A revision round means you send us your feedback, we update the files, and send them back. Additional revision rounds beyond the included 2 can be purchased separately.
The Basic Package gives you a complete, professional content set (14 files) designed for your industry and sign type. The Standard Package includes everything in Basic, plus 7 additional files that are customized with your logo and brand colors — great if you want your business identity on the sign content.
